Meet the Team
Mark Heuett, Company President and Project Manager
Mr. Heuett has owned and operated MHGC since its inception. Mark has over 28 years of construction experience in a wide
variety of commercial, industrial and agricultural projects. In addition to company management responsibilities, Mark works as a
project manager and estimator. Mark has lived and worked his entire life in Southeast Washington and Northeast Oregon.
Chance Chacon, General Manager
Chance has worked for MHGC since 1999 and has over 18 years of construction experience. Chance has extensive experience
managing large and complicated projects. Chance is a perfectionist and as Project Manager skillfully organizes his crews to
make sure all aspects of the job are completed accurately and ahead of schedule. His past projects include multi-million dollar
industrial and commercial projects.
Dan Charais, Project Manager
Dan is the new addition to MHGC. Dan's background includes estimating, job scheduling, plan prep, HR, & quality control.
Diana Stein, Office Manager/Project Manager Assistant
Diana has worked for MHGC since 1999 and has over 28 years of construction accounting and project management
experience. Diana handles computer data entry, a/r, a/p, payroll and helps produce project submittals, schedules, work plans
and O&M manuals for our projects. Diana is certified in COR Quality Control Management and Procedures.
Dave Dorion, Job Supervisor.
Dave is a recent addition to MHGC and has over 25 years in the construction industry. Steel Buildings and Concrete work are his
specialties.
Rick Johnston, Job Supervisor.
Rick is another job supervisor. He has 10 years of construction experience in the field.
